Today, I'd like to give you a detailed introduction to this printer. One by one from aspects such as the appearance, configuration parameters, the procedures of DTG directly printing on white T-shirts and DTF Film printing, and the prices of the machine and ink consumables.
Part 1:Machine Appearance and Configuration Parameters
1:The maximum printing size of the machine is 30 * 40 centimeters, and it is equipped with an LCD LED touch control screen here.
2:The machine is equipped with 1 Epson xp600 print head, with a maximum printing resolution of 1440 DPI. It only takes 2 minutes to print a full-size T-shirt.
3: The aluminum printing platform has better flatness and stability.
4: A secondary ink cartridge has been added, that is, white ink circulation, which prevents the white ink from settling and clogging the print head, and can better extend the service life of the print head.
5: It has two major functions: Function 1: It can directly print on white or light-colored cotton T-shirts. Function 2: It can firstly print on the DTF film and then transfer the patterns onto clothes of all colors and all fabrics.
Part 2:Function 1: Directly Printing on White Cotton T-shirts
First, let's demonstrate Function 1: Directly spraying ink to print on white or light-colored cotton T-shirts.
Firstly, prepare the pictures to be printed and import them into the printing software.
Secondly, spray the pretreatment liquid onto the T-shirt and then press it with a heat press machine.
Then, place the T-shirt on the printer platform and fix it well, and start clicking "Print".
After the pattern is printed, put the T-shirt on the heat press machine to dry it, so that it can be more resistant to washing.
Finally, a beautiful white or light-colored cotton T-shirt is printed.
Look at the effect. The colors are vivid. The ink is directly sprayed onto the cotton T-shirt, and the ink penetrates into the clothes. It feels good, and breathable and comfortable to wear!
Part 3:Function 2: Printing on the DTF Film
Next, let's demonstrate Function 2: printing on the DTF film and then transferring it onto clothes of any other color and any fabric.
Firstly, place the DTF film on the printer platform.
Import the required pattern into the printing software and then directly print it onto the DTF film.
After printing, manually sprinkle powder onto the DTF pattern.
Shake off the excess powder on the film.
Put the printing film into the oven and melt the powder on the film at a high temperature.
Then take out the film, place it on the clothes, and press it at 150 degrees Celsius for 10 seconds.
Tear off the film, and the pattern is transferred onto the clothes.
Look at it. The printed colors are also very vivid, but feeling like there is a thin film attached to the clothes when you touch it. Compared with the effect of DTG directly printing, it is not so breathable.
