For all FUNSUN printers, before packaging and shipping, we have more than 30 inspection and testing steps and processes, including the inspection and testing of the printer's print head.
We will also conduct a 24-hour continuous "aging" test of the machine printing. Here, 99.9% of the machine's faults can be excluded.
3: Online technical support and component replacement
In case the printer malfunctions or has problems, first of all, we have technicians providing online technical support services.
Customers need to take a video or picture and send the problem of the printer to our technicians. The technicians will guide you on how to inspect and troubleshoot;
